Wifey skills
I have been such a productive little housewife today. Except I live in a flat and I am nobody’s wife.
After my lovely breakfast of eggs, coffee and home made fruit and veg smoothie I went for a long workout with Blue Sunshine. Yoga, stairmaster and a swim. My behind is hating me for it now.
When I got home I tidied and cleaned the flat, cooked tomato/ chili/ chicken soup for dinner. Grilled a thin sliced aubergine to make healthy crisps and then I made a huge portion fruit porridge (fruit, berries and water only – no added sugar). Apple/ strawberry, apple/ blackberry, apple/ raspberry and one portion of pure apple. Frozen fruit porridge has become my new favourite dessert snack.
